Conditions of sale

I make utmost efforts to describe every item as accurately and in as many details as possible. Please realize that many of the dolls offered for sale on this website are very old, and certain wear and deterioration can be reasonably expected. I encourage prospective buyers to ask questions prior to completing purchase. More pictures can be provided upon request.

Payment

I accept personal and cashier's checks, money orders from US-based banks, international Postal Money Orders, all major credit cards and PayPal. Money order, PayPal and credit card purchases are shipped immediately, all personal checks must clear before item is shipped.
Layaway can be arranged for terms up to one year.

Shipping

All items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx insured for the full purchase price of the item.

Refunds

I offer a 3-day inspection period during which buyers can advise me of their intention to return an item for a full refund. Sale is considered final if I do not hear from the buyer during this inspection period starting from the day the item was delivered to the buyer. Items must be returned in exactly the same condition as received, shipped and fully insured in the same manner. Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. Layaway items are not refundable unless not as described.
